Restricted Information definition

Restricted Information means any information which is disclosed to one party to this Agreement by the other pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (whether orally or in writing, and whether or not such information is expressly stated to be confidential or marked as such);
Restricted Information. As defined in Section 23.1(c).
Restricted Information has the meaning set forth in Section 10.23(b).

Examples of Restricted Information in a sentence

  • If an audit is proposed with respect to information which Producer wishes not to disclose to Purchaser (“Restricted Information”), then on the written demand of Producer, the individuals conducting the audit with respect to Restricted Information will be limited to the independent auditors of Purchaser.

  • In such event, the party to be audited shall pay the costs of the independent auditors conducting such audit, but only with respect to that portion of the audit relating to the Restricted Information.

  • Such independent auditors shall enter into an agreement with the Parties under which such independent auditors shall agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information obtained during the course of such audit (including an agreement to not share such information with Purchaser) and establishing what information such auditors will be permitted to disclose to report the results of any audit of Restricted Information to the Party requesting the audit.

  • Such independent auditors shall enter into an agreement with the parties hereto, on terms that are agreeable to both parties hereto, under which such independent auditors shall agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information obtained during the course of such audit and establishing what information such auditors will be permitted to disclose to report the results of any audit of Restricted Information to the party requesting the audit.

  • However, the party receiving the Restricted Information shall direct its employees who have access to the Restricted Information to treat it as strictly confidential, and shall indemnify the other party and hold it harmless from, any damage resulting from a breach of confidentiality caused by any of its employees.


More Definitions of Restricted Information

Restricted Information means any Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined) and any Trade Secrets (as hereinafter defined).
Restricted Information means (a) government issued identification numbers, (b) personal credit card numbers, (c) medical records or health care information; (d) information regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, (e) technical data restricted under applicable export law, and/or (f) any other personal data without ensuring sufficient legal basis.
Restricted Information shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.5.
Restricted Information means any information of a personal or confidential nature regarding any such Person, regardless of how or from whom such information is received, and includes, without limitation, names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, social security numbers, credit card numbers, account information, credit information, demographic information and “protected health information” (as defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996).
Restricted Information means information (other than excluded information) which is obtained by a restricted person in the course of, or for the purposes of, an investigation into a complaint made under the ombudsman scheme (including information obtained for the purposes of deciding whether to begin such an investigation or in connection with the settlement of a complaint);
Restricted Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.7(b).
Restricted Information means exempt, confidential, or highly confidential information.
