Transferred Information definition

Transferred Information means the personal information (namely, information about an identifiable individual other than their business title or business contact information when such information is used for the purposes of contacting an individual in that individual’s capacity as an employee or an official of an organization and for no other purpose) to be disclosed, transferred or conveyed to the Recipient or any of its Representatives by or on behalf of the Disclosing Parties as a result of or in conjunction with the transactions contemplated herein.

Transferred Information means the Personal Information disclosed or transferred to the Purchaser or any of its representatives or agents by or on behalf of the Vendor or Blue Sky as a result of or in conjunction with the transactions contemplated herein, and includes all such Personal Information disclosed to the Purchaser during the period leading up to and including the completion of the transactions contemplated herein.

Transferred Information means any Personal Information to be disclosed or conveyed to one party hereto or any of its representatives or agents (a “Recipient”) by or on behalf of another party hereto (a “Disclosing Party”) as a result of or in conjunction with the transactions contemplated herein, and includes any Personal Information disclosed to the Recipient prior to the execution of this Agreement.
