Export Law. You acknowledge and agree that the Software may be subject to restrictions and controls, such as but not limited to those, imposed by the European Union and/or the United States of America export control laws and regulations. You agree and certify that neither the Software nor any direct product thereof is being or will be acquired, shipped, transferred, or re-exported, directly or indirectly, into any country, except pursuant to an export control license, issued by the appropriate authority, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by the same. By using the Software, You are acknowledging and agreeing to the foregoing, and You are representing and warranting that You will comply with all of the European Union and the United States of America and other applicable country laws and regulations when either exporting or re-exporting or importing the Software or any underlying information technology. Further, You represent and warrant that You are not a national of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any other country subject to trade sanctions or a party listed in the U.S. Table of Denial Orders or U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or any similar lists published by the relevant national authorities.
Export Law. You agree to comply fully with all U.S. export laws and regulations to ensure that neither the Software nor any technical data related thereto nor any direct product thereof are exported or re-exported directly or indirectly in violation of, or used for any purposes prohibited by, such laws and regulations.

Export Law. The Company’s Products are subject to U.S. export control laws and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries. Unless specifically authorized in writing by the Company prior to any access, the End User agrees not to export the Products under any circumstances whatsoever. In any case, the End User will indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from, or relating to, any breach by the End User of the User’s obligations under this section.
Export Law. Customer agrees to not use the Cloud Service in any manner that may cause a violation by SAP, or any third party processor, of any U.S. economic sanctions, laws, regulations or orders.
Export Law. The Software and related technology are subject to U.S. export control laws and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries. Licensee agrees strictly to comply with all such laws and regulations and acknowledge that Licensee has the responsibility to obtain such licenses to export, re-export or import as may be required.
Export Law. You agree to comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations and rules that prohibit or restrict the export or re-export of the Software outside the United States, and will complete all undertakings required by such laws, regulations and rules, including obtaining any necessary export license or other governmental approval.
Export Law. The Service, any related technology, or information provided to Customer is subject to restrictions and controls imposed by U.S. export control laws and regulations and may be subject to applicable export or import laws and regulations in other countries. Customer agrees not to export, re-export, transfer, distribute, release, or use the Services, any related technology, or information provided to Customer into any country or to any person or entity, or in any manner in violation of such controls or any other laws or regulations of any country, state or jurisdiction. Customer agrees to strictly comply with all such laws and regulations and acknowledge that Customer has the sole responsibility to obtain such licenses to export, re-export or import as may be required.
Export Law. Both parties will comply with all import and export laws of the United States of America.
Export Law. Customer agrees to not use Ariba Strategic Payables in any manner that may cause a violation by SAP or the AribaPay Processor of any (i) U.S. economic sanctions, laws, regulations or orders administered by OFAC or (ii) Canadian Sanctions Laws.
