Generated Information means information produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • Except where a Participant’s Federal funding agreement prohibits such protection, each Party may designate and mark as Protected CRADA Information any Generated Information produced by its employees, which meets the definition in Article I and, with the agreement of the other Party, so designate any Generated Information produced by the other Party’s employees which meets the definition in Article I.

More Definitions of Generated Information

Generated Information means information including data, produced in the performance of this CRADA.
