Resolution Deadline definition

Resolution Deadline means the day that is 14 days before the last day of the bid period of the proportional takeover bid. A reference to "an associate of" another person is a reference to a person who is an associate of the first person because of sections 11, 12 or 15 of the Act.
Resolution Deadline has the meaning specified in Section 2.06.
