Claim Objection Deadline definition

Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.

Claim Objection Deadline means the deadline for objecting to Filed Proofs of Claim or scheduled claims, which shall be, unless otherwise extended pursuant to the Plan (i) the one hundred eightieth (180th) day following the later of (a) the Effective Date and (b) the date that a Proof of Claim is Filed or amended or a Claim is otherwise asserted or amended in writing by or on behalf of a Holder of such Claim; or (ii) such later date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court; provided, however, that the Debtors may extend the Claim Objection Deadline for an additional ninety (90) days in their sole discretion upon the filing of a notice with the Bankruptcy Court, with further extensions thereafter permitted after notice and a hearing.
