Notice Deadline definition

Notice Deadline means 2.30 p.m. (Dublin time), provided that the Notice Deadline in respect of any Series of ETP Securities may be adjusted by agreement between the Issuer and the Margin Loan Provider with effect from the fifth calendar day following the date on which notice of such adjustment is given to the holders in accordance with Condition 17.
Notice Deadline means the last day by which Notice must issue to the Settlement Class Members, and will occur thirty (30) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.
Notice Deadline. In respect of any exercise of Options hereunder on any Conversion Date, 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on (i) in the case the applicable Relevant Convertible Securities will be settled by Counterparty by delivery of Shares only (together with cash in lieu of any fractional Share), the Scheduled Trading Day immediately following the relevant Conversion Date, or (ii) otherwise, the Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the first Scheduled Trading Day of the relevant Cash Settlement Averaging Period; provided that in the case of any exercise of Options hereunder in connection with the conversion of any Relevant Convertible Securities for any Conversion Date occurring during the period from and including the 65th “Scheduled Trading Day” (as defined in the Indenture) prior to the Maturity Date, to and including the Expiration Date (such period, the “Final Conversion Period”), the Notice Deadline shall be 5:00 P.M., New York City time, on the “Scheduled Trading Day” (as defined in the Indenture) immediately preceding the Maturity Date.
