Opt-Out Deadline definition
Opt-Out Deadline means the deadline set by the Court for the timely submission of requests by Settlement Class Members to be excluded from the Settlement Class.
Opt-Out Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Request for Exclusion must be filed in writing with Class Counsel (or the Administrator) for a Settlement Class Member to be excluded from the Settlement Class.
