Examples of Requested Representative in a sentence

  • A Requested Representative described in Section 7(i)(xvi) who acted in the best interests of the employee benefit plan, its participants and beneficiaries, shall be deemed to have acted in the best interests of the Corporation.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Section 1, the Corporation may, but shall not be required to, indemnify any person who at any time serves or has served as a Director, officer, employee or agent of the Corporation or of a Subsidiary (including a Designated Subsidiary), or any person who serves or has served as a Requested Representative, to the fullest extent permitted by law, against Liability incurred by such person that arises out of his or her status as such.
