Related Investment definition

Related Investment means, with respect to any Person, (a) each Investment with respect to which such Person is an Issuer, and (b) each Investment with respect to which such Person is a “reference entity” or “reference obligor”.
Related Investment means bonds, debentures, notes or other evidence of indebtedness in shares, Units or other evidence of ownership in any entity, including specifically a joint venture or a mortgage investment corporation, engaged directly or indirectly in the funding, holding or investing in Mortgages granted as Security for Loans, or the sole or principal purpose and activity of which is to invest in, hold and deal in Mortgages;
Related Investment means an investment by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in a vendor to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or in a Person engaged in a business that is conducted by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on the date of execution of this Agreement and businesses reasonably related thereto.
