Railroad Improvements definition

Railroad Improvements means a railroad extension running from the CSX branch line (west of the Property and intersecting Airport Road), in an easterly direction along the south side of Airport Road, crossing Wilkinson Street, and ending at the eastern edge of the right of way of Wilkinson Street, as substantially depicted on the Site Plan.
