Examples of Proposed Acquisition Transaction in a sentence
For purposes of this Section 4.06, “10% Acquisition Transaction” means any transaction or series of transactions that would be a Proposed Acquisition Transaction if the percentage specified in the definition of Proposed Acquisition Transaction were 10% instead of 40%.
The Company will immediately notify Purchaser if any discussions or negotiations are sought to be initiated, any inquiry or proposal is made, or any information is requested with respect to any Proposed Acquisition Transaction and notify Purchaser of the terms of any proposal which it or its Affiliates, if any, may receive in respect of any such Proposed Acquisition Transaction, including without limitation the identity of the prospective purchaser or soliciting party.
