Project Delivery Team definition

Project Delivery Team or “MBSD-PDT” means the team composed of CPRA, CH2M, EIS TPC, Design Team, CMAR Contractor, Independent Cost Estimator (ICE), and other consultants as determined by CPRA.
Project Delivery Team or “PDT” means the team composed of OWNER, the Executive Architect, CMAR CONTRACTOR, and the Architects of Record for the CMAR projects.
Project Delivery Team means the team referred to in paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Firm Transmission Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 19.3 and Tariff, Part III, section 32.3.

  • Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private
