Productivity Incentive definition

Productivity Incentive means the productivity incentive to be paid in accordance with clause 3(a) and Item 5 of the Details. Productivity Incentive means the incentive, the details for which are set out in section 2.4. QA System Audit has the meaning in section 6.6(b).

Examples of Productivity Incentive in a sentence

  • If you have multiple farms, you may elect one farm to which the Productivity Incentive will be credited.

  • If you have multiple farms, DFMC will amalgamate milk solids for the purposes of calculating the Productivity Incentive as long as farms are owned by the one entity.

  • The Productivity Incentive will be paid at the rates set out in Item 5 of the Details.

  • For Exclusive Suppliers only Exclusive Suppliers are eligible to receive a Productivity Incentive.

Productivity Incentive means the incentive payment of that name, as announced by MGC from time to time and as further described in clause 5.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason as provided in Subparagraph 6(e), he shall be entitled to the Severance Amount only if he provides the Notice of Termination provided for in Subparagraph 6(f) within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the event or events which constitute such Good Reason as specified in clauses (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F) of Subparagraph 6(e);
