Production Operator definition

Production Operator means the company responsible for the direct or indirect oversight and execution of all Crude Oil production and delivery activities as defined in the applicable lifting agreement.
Production Operator means the person responsible for conducting and executing, directly or indirectly, all Petroleum production and delivery activities.
Production Operator means party acting as operator for the Production Venture under the terms of this Agreement;
