Principal Investment definition

Principal Investment means, with respect to an Investor, the sum, without duplication, of: (i) the aggregate consideration paid by such Investor to acquire such Investor’s Investor Shares, plus (ii) the amount of cash and the value (as determined by the Board in good faith) of any property contributed by such Investor to the Company, whether contributed before, on or after the date hereof.
Principal Investment means the sum, without duplication, of: (i) the aggregate consideration paid by the CCMP Stockholders to acquire the CCMP Stockholders Securities, plus (ii) the amount of cash and the value (as determined by the Board in good faith) of any property contributed by the CCMP Stockholders to the Company, whether contributed before or after the Date of Grant.
Principal Investment means amount determined by multiplying the Par Value of the Unit with the number of Capital Protected Units purchased by the Unit Holders.
