Private Investment definition

Private Investment means a securities offering that is exempt from registration under certain provisions of the U.S. securities laws and/or similar laws of non-U.S. jurisdictions. It includes investments in hedge funds, private equity funds, limited partnerships, real estate, peer to peer lending clubs and private businesses.
Private Investment means the private investment required under this section.
Private Investment means Securities or other ownership interests in companies, organizations, partnerships, funds, assets or businesses, where those Securities or ownership interest are not publicly listed or traded.

More Definitions of Private Investment

Private Investment means an amount no less than Eighteen Million Dollars ($18,000,000.00) to be expended by the Developer for the costs associated with constructing the improvements set forth in the Project Plan, including architectural, engineering, and any other costs directly related to completion of the Project.
