Initial Invested Amount definition

Initial Invested Amount means the sum of the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the Class B Initial Invested Amount.

Initial Invested Amount means, for the Series 2020-2 Notes and for a date, $863,487,000.00. However, the Initial Invested Amount will be reduced by the initial Note Balance of any Series 2020-2 Notes that are no longer Outstanding on the day before the start of the Early Amortization Period.

Initial Invested Amount means, for the Series 2013-5 Notes and for any date, $1,437,909,000; provided, that the Initial Invested Amount will be reduced by the initial Note Balance of any Series 2013-5 Notes that are determined to be no longer Outstanding on the day prior to the start of the Early Amortization Period.

• On any day occurring on or after the day on which the Invested Amount is reduced to 5% or less of the Initial Invested Amount, the Transferor has the option to repurchase the Series 2024-2 Certificateholders’ Interest in the Trust.
