CCMP Investors means CCMP Capital Investors III, L.P., CCMP Capital Investors (Employee) III, L.P., CCMP Co-Invest III A, L.P. and each of their respective Permitted Transferees.

  • PIPE Investors means those certain investors participating in the PIPE Investment pursuant to the Subscription Agreements.
