PPI Adjustment definition

PPI Adjustment means, with respect to a specific cost, that such cost is subject to annual adjustment each January 1 based on changes in the PPI from the Effective Date to the date of adjustment.
PPI Adjustment means the upper change in the annual change rounded to four decimal places of the PPI, produced by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureaus of Labor Statistics. The series ID is WPUFD49207 – located at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/data/. The change factor shall be calculated as follows: annual PPI index (most current year) less annual PPI index (most current year minus 1) divided by annual PPI index (most current year minus 1). If the PPI change is negative in a given year then there will be no change in the Administrative Fee.

PPI Adjustment has the meaning given such term in Section 9.3.
