CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet. A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "NOI Adjustment Worksheet" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and is acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, and in any event, shall present the computations made in accordance with the methodology described in such form to "normalize" the full year net operating income and debt service coverage numbers used in the other reports required by this Agreement.
CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet means a report prepared by the Master Servicer with respect to all the Performing Serviced Mortgage Loans, and by the Special Servicer with respect to Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans and, if they relate to Administered REO Properties, REO Mortgage Loans, which report shall be substantially in the form of, and contain the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "NOI Adjustment Worksheet" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet. The worksheet(s) substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Commercial NOI Adjustment Worksheet," "Multifamily NOI Adjustment Worksheet," "Lodging NOI Adjustment Worksheet" and/or "Healthcare NOI Adjustment Worksheet," as applicable, available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • The Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall each use the "Normalized" column from the CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet for any Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, to update the corresponding CMSA Operating Statement Analysis and shall use any operating statements received with respect to any Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, to prepare the CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet for such property.

  • The applicable Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall each use the "Normalized" column from the CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet for any Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, to update the corresponding CMSA Operating Statement Analysis and shall use any operating statements received with respect to any Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, to prepare the CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet for such property.

  • Within 30 days after receipt by the Master Servicer of any annual operating statements with respect to any Mortgaged Property or REO Property, the Master Servicer shall prepare or update and forward to the Trustee, upon request, a CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet for such Mortgaged Property or REO Property (with the annual operating statements attached thereto as an exhibit).

  • The Sub-Servicer shall prepare the CMSA Operating Statement and Analysis Report and the CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet in the standard CMSA format and deliver them electronically to the Master Servicer.

  • The Master Servicer shall use the "Normalized" column from the CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet for any Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, to update and normalize the corresponding annual year end information in the CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report and shall use any annual operating statements and related data fields received with respect to any Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, to prepare the CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet for such property.

  • In the case of Specially Serviced Mortgaged Loans, as provided to the applicable Special Servicer by the Mortgagor, such Special Servicer shall forward such information to the applicable Master Servicer on or before April 15 of each such year as provided for in Section 9.32(e) herein, containing such information and analyses for each Mortgage Loan provided for in the respective forms of CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report, CMSA Financial File and CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet.

  • Subject to rules 50 and 94, any witness statement which stands as evidence in chief shall be available for inspection during the course of the hearing by members of the public attending the hearing unless the Tribunal decides that all or any part of the statement is not to be admitted as evidence, in which case the statement or that part shall not be available for inspection.
