Inflation adjustment" is determined by changes in the annual average of the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, Service Group Only, 1982-1984 = 100, published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor (or the highest similar future index if these figures become unavailable).
