Price Index definition

Price Index means the "Consumer Price Index" published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor, All Items. New York, N.Y.--Northeastern, N.J., all urban consumers (presently denominated "CPI-U"), or a successor or substitute index appropriately adjusted. (iii) the term "Price Index for the Base Year" shall mean the average of the monthly All Items Price Indexes for each of the 12 months of the Base Year.
Price Index means the Consumer Price Index which is designated for the applicable month of determination as the United States City Average for All Urban Consumers, All Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted, with a base period equaling 100 in 1982 - 1984, as published by the United States Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics or any successor agency. In the event that the Price Index ceases to be published, its successor index measuring cost of living as published by the same Governmental Authority which published the Price Index shall be substituted and any necessary reasonable adjustments shall be made by Lessor and Lessee in order to carry out the intent of Section 4.

  • The Trustee may from time to time adjust its compensation as set forth above, provided that total adjustment upward does not, at the time of such adjustment, exceed the percentage of the total increase, after the date hereof, in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Department of Labor Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent,” or, if such index shall cease to be published, then as measured by the available index most nearly comparable to such index.

Price Index. ’ means the Consumer Price
