Power System Assets definition

Power System Assets means all objects and rights of value owned by the Borrower or entrusted to it as agent of the United States, which are derived from or pertain to its Power Program, including, but not by way of limitation, cash and temporary investments of cash; accounts and notes receivable; inventories of materials and supplies; land, structures, machinery, and equipment; and prepaid expenses or other costs incurred for the benefit of future operations.
