Prepaid Expenses definition

Prepaid Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(f).
Prepaid Expenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(vii).
Prepaid Expenses as of any date shall mean payments made by Seller with respect to the Business which constitute prepaid expenses of the Business in accordance with GAAP consistently applied.
