Post Review definition

Post Review means the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines, provided, however, that if the Association determines, at any time, that the proposed procurement is inconsistent with the provisions of the Guidelines or this Schedule, it shall promptly inform the Borrower and state the reasons for its determination;
Post Review means, for the procurement of Goods and Works, the process described in paragraph 5 of Appendix 1 of the Procurement Guidelines; and for the recruitment of Consulting Services, the processes of ADB review after execution of a contract between the Borrower and a consultant;
Post Review. With respect to each contract not governed by paragraph 2 of this Part, the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
