Portfolio Service. As noted in the Information 2.4. FCA is currently situated at 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, X00 0XX. We have categorised you as a retail Memorandum, if you wish to participate in the Seneca IHT Portfolio Service, you shall be required to make an initial Subscription of not less than client for the purposes of the FCA Rules.   • ABOUT US IRONBARK ASSET MANAGEMENT (FUND SERVICES) LIMITED Ironbark is the responsible entity for and issuer of interests in the HUB24 Managed Portfolio Service.

  • THE SCHEME EXPLAINED The HUB24 Managed Portfolio Service is a non-unitised registered managed investment scheme that provides you with access to a range of Managed Portfolio options designed and constructed by professional investment managers (in this PDS, called Portfolio Managers).

  • financial service means a service of a financial nature, including insurance, and a service incidental or auxiliary to a service of a financial nature;

  • School service means a website, mobile application or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used (a) at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools or (b) by any school-affiliated entity; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

  • Data Service means a telecommunications service other than a voice service.

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the California Public Utilities Code Section 399.11, et seq.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Service or “CMRS” means Commercial Mobile Radio Service as defined in Part 20 of the FCC’s Rules.

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
