Portfolio Data definition

Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Portfolio Data has the meaning set forth in Section 5(D)(ii) of the Agreement.
Portfolio Data means, in respect of a party providing or required to provide such data, the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Relevant Transactions between the parties in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that would be reasonable to the Portfolio Data Sending Entity if it were the receiving party. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the information comprising the Portfolio Data to be provided by a party on a Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business on the immediately preceding Local Business Day of, and as specified in writing by, the party providing the Portfolio Data.

  • If you do not notify us that the Portfolio Data contains discrepancies by the close of business New York time on the Business Day following the delivery of the Portfolio Data pursuant to clause 12.9 you will be deemed to have affirmed such Portfolio Data.

More Definitions of Portfolio Data

Portfolio Data means, in respect of the Bank as a Party providing or required to provide such data, the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Relevant Transactions between the Parties in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that would be reasonable to the Portfolio Data sending Party if it were the receiving party. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the information comprising the Portfolio Data to be provided by a Party on a Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business on the immediately preceding Business Day of, and as specified in writing by, the party providing the Portfolio Data.
Portfolio Data means, in respect of a Party providing or required to provide such data, information (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is not required to include calculations or methodologies) relating to the terms of all outstanding Swaps between the Parties in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that is reasonably acceptable to each Party and that describes and includes, without limitation, current Valuations attributed by that Party to each such Swap. The information comprising the Portfolio Data to be provided by a Party on a Data Delivery Date shall be prepared (i) as at the time or times that such Party computes its end of day valuations for Swaps (as specified by that Party for this purpose in writing) on the immediately preceding Joint Business Day, as applicable, and (ii) in the case of Valuations, in good faith and using commercially reasonable procedures in order to produce a commercially reasonable result.

Portfolio Data means information (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is not required to include calculations or methodologies) relating to the terms of all outstanding Swaps under this Agreement in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that is reasonably determined by Party A to be required to comply with the DF Rules and that describes and includes, without limitation, all of the Material Terms of such Swaps and the current Swap Valuation attributed by Party A to each such Swap. The information comprising the Portfolio Data to be delivered by Party A to Party B on a Data Delivery Date shall be prepared (i) as of the close of business in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on the immediately preceding Local Business Day, and (ii) in the case of Swap Valuations, in good faith and using commercially reasonable procedures in order to produce a commercially reasonable result.
