Portfolio Data definition

Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Portfolio Data has the meaning set forth in Section 5(D)(ii) of the Agreement.
Portfolio Data means, in respect of a party providing or required to provide such data, the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Relevant Transactions between the parties in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that would be reasonable to the Portfolio Data Sending Entity if it were the receiving party. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the information comprising the Portfolio Data to be provided by a party on a Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business on the immediately preceding Local Business Day of, and as specified in writing by, the party providing the Portfolio Data.

  • The Service Provider agrees to treat, and to require its employees and Administrative Support Providers to treat, all Customer Data, Investment Methods and Portfolio Data as proprietary to the Client and further agrees that it will not divulge any Customer Data, Investment Methods or Portfolio Data to any Person or organization without the Client’s written consent, except as may be specifically permitted under this Agreement.

  • Dealer is a Portfolio Data Sending Entity and Counterparty is a Portfolio Data Receiving Entity.

  • If both parties are Portfolio Data Receiving Entities, the parties will agree a process for reconciling Portfolio Data in order to meet the requirements of the Portfolio Reconciliation Risk Mitigation Techniques.

  • For purposes of the EMIR Protocol, the Dealer confirms that it is a Portfolio Data Sending Entity, Counterparty confirms that it is a Portfolio Data Receiving Entity and the Agreement shall be deemed a Protocol Covered Agreement (as such terms are defined in the Protocol).

Portfolio Data means, in respect of a party providing or required to provide such data, the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Relevant Transactions between the parties in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that is reasonably acceptable to the other party.
