PNG Pipeline means (i) the existing 8” natural gas pipeline or (ii) the 24” natural gas pipeline to be constructed and, in each case terminating at the Paulsboro Refinery.

  • In the event PNGPC increases the certificated capacity of the PNG Pipeline, PNGPC agrees that the transportation rate payable by PRC under the FT Agreement shall be proportionately reduced to reflect the new capacity.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Natural gas utility means an investor-owned business engaged in the sale and distribution of natural gas within this state whose rates are regulated by the commission.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • MLP GP means any general partner of any MLP and any general partner of the general partner of any MLP.
