Placement Options definition

Placement Options means the Options issued pursuant to the Placement on the terms set out
Placement Options means the Options (exercisable at $0.05 on or before 31 December 2023) attaching to the Placement Shares on a 2 for 3 basis and the subject of Resolution 3, the complete terms of which are provided in Annexure A;

Placement Options means 272,727,273 Options offered to the Placement Participants under the Placement Option Offer.
