Parent Options definition
Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the issuances of Parent Options in exchange for Company Options provided under Section 1.8(a) of this Agreement may only be made in a manner that complies with Section 409A or an applicable exemption.
