Proxy Form definition

Proxy Form means the proxy form attached to the Notice;
Proxy Form means an instrument for appointing a proxy, that instrument complying with this Constitution;
Proxy Form means the proxy form that is enclosed with and forms part of this Notice;

Examples of Proxy Form in a sentence

  • Notice or Notice of Meeting means this notice of meeting including the Explanatory Statement and the Proxy Form.
