Investment Options definition

Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.
Investment Options means those hypothetical targeted investment options designated by the Committee as measurements of the rate of return to be credited to (or charged against) amounts deferred to Participants’ Accounts.
Investment Options means the investment options offered under the Johnson Controls Savings and Investment (401k) Plan (excluding the Company stock fund) or any successor plan thereto, the Share Unit Account, and any other alternatives made available by the Administrator, which shall be used for the purpose of measuring hypothetical investment experience attributable to a Participant’s Account.

  • Any excess over these limits would be transferred to a Policy owner’s other Investment Options according to the Policy owner’s most recent instructions.

  • Any portion of the annual charge we deduct from any of our fixed-rate General Account Investment Options (if available under the Contract) will not be greater than the annual interest credited in excess of that option’s minimum guaranteed interest rate.

  • If overpayments occurred when the sum of the accumulated values in all the Investment Options was zero, the amount of that overpayment will be deducted from one or more future payments until this amount is paid in full.

  • The request may be in terms of dollars, such as a request to transfer $5,000 from one Variable Investment Option to another, or may be in terms of a percentage reallocation among Variable Investment Options.

More Definitions of Investment Options

Investment Options means the Investment Options described in the Comprehensive Investment Plan for the Program adopted by the Board and approved by the State Board of Administration, pursuant to Section 1009.973, Florida Statutes. The Board retains the authority to close or not offer one or any of the Investment Options at any time.
Investment Options means each mutual fund option set forth on the Hypothetical Investment Designation Form, a copy of which is attached as Appendix C, as amended by the Committee from time to time.
