Pilot DNA Services means the production of Research DNA at a sufficiently large scale as to provide a reasonable indication of the growth, quality and yield of a GMP batch produced with the same cell bank.

  • Upon its execution, and concurrent with its delivery of a Purchase Order unless otherwise specified in the applicable Purchase Order, VGX shall deliver to CUSTOMER an invoice for one hundred percent (100%) of the Price stated therein for Pilot DNA Services and twenty percent (20%) of all other services listed in the Purchase Order.
