Photovoltaic Facilities definition

Photovoltaic Facilities means any photoelectric cells or other equipment designed for the collection and/or generation of electrical power from solar radiation, including without limitation, solar panels, associated support structures, racking, floatation devices, braces, wiring, and related equipment.
