Phase II Substantial Completion definition

Phase II Substantial Completion means that (a) the Phase II Developer Improvements have received a certificate of occupancy from the City and (b) the Developer Improvements Requirements have been satisfied.
Phase II Substantial Completion means the date the Phase II Improvements are certified by Landlord's architect as sufficiently complete in accordance herewith except as noted in the punch list, all construction debris except for the debris associated with ongoing final completion has been removed and the Phase II Space is clean, such that Tenant can reasonably occupy or utilize the Phase II Space for the Permitted Purpose.

Related to Phase II Substantial Completion

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Substantial compliance means a level of compliance with these rules where any deficiencies pose no greater risk to resident health or safety than the potential for causing minor harm.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).
