Pfizer Year means the twelve month fiscal periods observed by Pfizer (a) commencing on January 1 with respect to the United States and (b) commencing on December 1 with respect to any country in the Territory other than the United States.

Examples of Pfizer Year in a sentence

  • Each Marginal Royalty Rate set forth in the table above shall apply only to that portion of the Annual Net Sales of a given Licensed Product in the Territory during a given Pfizer Year that falls within the indicated range.

  • Royalty Term has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(b).
