Parking Strip definition

Parking Strip means the portion of Property between a public street and private Property.
Parking Strip or “parkway” shall mean the area between the property line and roadway, except sidewalk and curb, if any.
Parking Strip means that part of the public street or avenue, or right-of-way not covered by sidewalks, lying between the property line and the curb or that portion of the street or avenue being used for vehicular traffic.

  • Tree Placement within a Parking Strip: Trees shall be planted in the central space between the sidewalk and the curb or roadway to allow the maximum amount of growing space and reduce the potential for damage to sidewalks and curbs.

More Definitions of Parking Strip

Parking Strip means the portion of the Property that lies between the sidewalk and the outside edge of the street, gutter lip, including a driveway approach. Here no curb exists, a park strip will mean the area of the Property from the sidewalk to the edge of the street.
Parking Strip means the area between the property line and the street line.

Related to Parking Strip

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;
