Parking Lot Easement definition

Parking Lot Easement means that certain perpetual, non-exclusive, appurtenant easement of ingress and egress set forth in the certain Grant Deed recorded in the Official Records on September 15, 1997 as Document No. 19970449412.

  • By not later than three (3) business days after the date of recordation of the Parking Lot Easement, Tenant shall pay Landlord the sum of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), as its initial rent payment for the Parking Premises (“Initial Rent”).

  • Upon its recordation, Landlord will provide Tenant with a copy of the recorded Parking Lot Easement.
