Parent Retiree Medical Plan definition

Parent Retiree Medical Plan means each of the following plans: MDU Resources Basic Major Medical Plan, MDU Resources Comprehensive Medical Plans, MDU Resources Retiree Reimbursement Account, MDU Resources Dental Basic Plan, MDU Resources Vision Insurance Plan, MDU Resources Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), Cascade Natural Gas Retiree Medical and Prescription Drug Arrangement, Cascade Natural Gas Medicare Advantage Plans, Cascade Natural Gas Pre-65 Health Reimbursement Account, MDU Resources Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Intermountain Gas Company Medicare Supplemental Reimbursement and Retiree Drug Subsidy Program.

Examples of Parent Retiree Medical Plan in a sentence

  • Parent shall retain all Liabilities and Assets under the Parent Retiree Medical Plans with respect to any Employee or Former Employee who immediately prior to the Effective Time (i) is a participant in a Parent Retiree Medical Plan or (ii) will satisfy the eligibility, participation and other applicable requirements under the Parent Retiree Medical Plan upon commencement of retirement, taking into account any additional credit for vesting under Section 7.02(b).

  • Such Employee and Former Employees shall be entitled to coverage under such Parent Retiree Medical Plan in accordance with and subject to the terms of such plan as such plan may be amended from time to time by a member of the Parent Group, unless such plan is terminated by a member of the Parent Group.

Related to Parent Retiree Medical Plan

  • Retiree Health Plan means an "employee welfare benefit plan" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA that provides benefits to individuals after termination of their employment, other than as required by Section 601 of ERISA.

  • Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).

Medical benefit plan does not include benefits provided to individuals retired from a public employer or a public employer's contributions to a fund used for the sole purpose of funding health care benefits that are available to a public employee or an elected public official only upon retirement or separation from service.

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

  • Welfare Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.4.

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.
