  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • Aeronautical authorities means, in the case of the People’s Republic of China, the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, or any person or agency authorized to perform any function presently exercised by the said Administration; and in the case of the Republic of South Africa, the Minister responsible for civil aviation or any person or agency authorized to perform any particular function provided for in this Agreement.

  • MISO means 'Management Information System Online'. An online portal located at xxxx://xxxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx provided by the Authority for collection and receipt of Management Information;

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • LWDA means the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, the agency entitled, under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.
