PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

More Definitions of PJM Tariff
PJM Tariff means the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff providing transmission service within the PJM Control Area, including any schedules, appendices, or exhibits attached thereto, as in effect from time to time.
PJM Tariff means the Open Access Transmission Tariff of PJM or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Open Access Transmission Tariff that may take effect from time to time.
