Tariffs definition

Tariffs means customs duties included in the national tariff schedules of the Participating States.
Tariffs means the published fares, charges and/or related Conditions of Carriage of an airline filed, where required, with the appropriate authorities.
Tariffs means the QFCP-RC Tariff and the Gas Tariff.

  • The shipper, consignee, 3rd party, entity requesting service and/or beneficial owner will be liable, jointly, and severally, to pay the SERVICE PROVIDER through ALGWW or indemnify ALGWW and/or its SERVICE PROVIDER by any reason of any violation of any of the terms contained in applicable Tariffs.
