Lot coverage means the portion or percentage of the area of a lot upon which buildings are erected.
General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:
Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy means an errors and omissions insurance policy maintained by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in accordance with Section 8.2, Section 9.2 and Section 7.17, respectively.
Claims-made coverage means an insurance contract or provision limiting
Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.
Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.
Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;
Fidelity Insurance means insurance coverage with respect to employee errors, omissions, dishonesty, forgery, theft, disappearance and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, property (other than money and securities) and computer fraud in an aggregate amount acceptable to Seller’s regulators.
Co-insurance means the percentage of the usual, reasonable, customary, and fair market value expense that a covered person must pay.
Insurance means comprehensive insurance of the vehicle(s)/equipment and shall include insurance of the crew.
Other Insurance means insurance available to any covered person that covers a loss to which this policy applies, other than either primary insurance or insurance specifically purchased by you to be excess of the insurance afforded by this policy.
All Risk property insurance on a full replacement cost basis insuring CLEC’s property situated on or within any CenturyLink Premises. CLEC may elect to insure business interruption and contingent business interruption, as it is agreed that CenturyLink has no liability for loss of profit or revenues should an interruption of service occur.
Impervious cover means a surface composed of material that significantly impedes or prevents natural infiltration of water into soil.
Coverage means the types of persons to be eligible as the beneficiaries of the Scheme to health services provided under the Scheme, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations.
protection and indemnity risks means the usual risks covered by a protection and indemnity association managed in London, including pollution risks and the proportion (if any) of any sums payable to any other person or persons in case of collision which are not recoverable under the hull and machinery policies by reason of the incorporation in them of clause 6 of the International Hull Clauses (1/11/02 or 1/11/03), clause 8 of the Institute Time Clauses (Hulls) (1/11/95) or clause 8 of the Institute Time Clauses (Hulls) (1/10/83) or the Institute Amended Running Down Clause (1/10/71) or any equivalent provision;
Other Contractor means any party or parties having a direct Contract with the Employer for Work outside the scope of this Contract and shall include any Sub-Contractor of this “Other Contractor”
Fraud Coverage During the period prior to the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, 2.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-Off Date (the "Initial Fraud Coverage"), reduced by Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date; during the period from the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date to (but not including) the fifth anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the amount of the Fraud Coverage on the most recent previous anniversary of the Cut-Off Date (calculated in accordance with the second sentence of this paragraph) reduced by Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since such anniversary; and during the period on and after the fifth anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, zero. On each anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the Fraud Coverage shall be reduced to the lesser of (i) on the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the Cut-Off Date, 1.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the preceding month and (ii) the excess of the Initial Fraud Coverage over cumulative Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date. The Fraud Coverage may be reduced upon written confirmation from the Rating Agencies that such reduction will not adversely affect the then current ratings assigned to the Certificates by the Rating Agencies.
Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.
Self-insured retention means the individual own risk employer's or group self-insurance association's retained amount of risk under a specific excess insurance policy, before the liability is transferred to an insurance carrier.
Self-insurance means the licence holder's financial capacity to meet any liability to a third party in respect of which the licence holder does not otherwise have insurance.
Tail risk means a risk that occurs either where the frequency of low probability events is higher than expected under a normal probability distribution or where there are observed events of very significant size or magnitude.
Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.
D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.
Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.
FHA Insurance The contractual obligation of FHA respecting the insurance of an FHA Loan pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended.
