Operating Week definition

Operating Week means each seven day week commencing 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday after the Operations Commencement Date, except for the first Operating Week which will commence at 00:00 on the Operations Commencement Date.
Operating Week means the period commencing 12:00 a.m. on a Sunday and ending 11:59 p.m. on the following Saturday;

Operating Week means seven (7) days beginning on Friday ending on Thursday. "Collection date" shall mean the close of business each revenue week Holoworld shall deposit revenues derived from Equipment for each operating week and provide Namco with a weekly collection report within one (1) day of the collection date as provided in this paragraph below. The amount due Namco shall be paid to and received within one (1) day of each collection date. In the event of monetary defaults, only two (2) notices are required to be given in any twelve month period, upon the third such default in any twelve month period, the Agreement may be immediately terminated. Location shall use a debit card system for the operation of the Equipment in place of the traditional coin or token operated "cash boxes." At the end of each operating week, Location shall provide Namco with a hard copy of game data, specifically game revenues and number of plays (to include free play and penny cards) played on each piece of Equipment.
