Operating and Capital Budget definition

Operating and Capital Budget means a budget, prepared and certified by the Borrower, and approved in accordance with Section 8.21, of Operation and Maintenance Expenses and Permitted Capital Expenditures expected to be incurred by the Borrower during the relevant fiscal year to which such budget applies.
Operating and Capital Budget is defined in Section 6.1(iv).
Operating and Capital Budget means (i) with respect to the Fiscal Year in which the Sixth Amendment Date occurs, the budget attached hereto as Exhibit M, and (ii) with respect to each Fiscal Year thereafter, a budget, prepared and certified by the Borrower Group, and approved in accordance with Section 5.1(i) hereto, of Operation and Maintenance Expenses and Permitted Capital Expenditures expected to be incurred by the Borrower Group and their respective Subsidiaries during the relevant fiscal year to which such budget applies.

More Definitions of Operating and Capital Budget

Operating and Capital Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b)(i).
Operating and Capital Budget for purposes of this section, means a plan of financial operation for an enterprise or other special fund embodying estimates of operating and nonoperating resources and expenses and other outlays for a fiscal [year] period. Except as otherwise expressly provided, "budget" or "budgets" and the procedures and controls relating thereto in other sections of this act are not applicable to the "operating and capital budgets" provided in this section.
Operating and Capital Budget means the consolidated operating and capital budget and the overall strategic and comprehensive operating and business plan with regard to the Company and its subsidiaries and the Sahara, and covering the Company and its subsidiaries’ anticipated operations, including any reserve accounts.

  • Operating or "Operation" means to provide (or the provision of) all the operation, engineering, purchasing, repair, supervision, training, inspection, testing, protection, use, management, improvement, replacement, refurbishment, retirement, and maintenance activities associated with operating the Generating Facility in accordance with Prudent Electrical Practices.

  • Net Capital Expenditures means for any period the amount by which Capital Expenditures during such period exceeds reimbursements for such items during such period from any fund established pursuant to the Loan Documents.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group.   • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • System Operating Limit or “SOL” shall mean the value (such as MW, MVAR, Amperes, Frequency, or Volts) that satisfies the most limiting of the prescribed operating criteria for a specified system configuration to ensure operation within acceptable reliability criteria.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.
