Opening Facilities means those Facilities which were in existence at the Effective Date and are specifi ed in the Schedules. fff.“Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plan” means the document detailing the activities to be carried out over a years period including all needed resources such as staffi ng and nvestment and also included the monitoring arrangements in order to ensure that the Provider meets Performance Targets specifi ed in the Agreement.
