Offsite Parking Garage definition

Offsite Parking Garage means the off-site multi-level parking garage known as the Xxxxxxx Parking Garage located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Evanston, Illinois.
Offsite Parking Garage means the off-site multi-level parking garage known as the Sherman Parking Garage located at 821 Davis Street, Evanston, Illinois.
Offsite Parking Garage means an approximate 315 space aboveground parking garage on an adjacent parcel of land shown on Exhibit A attached hereto owned by the City which will be used partially by the Property and partially as a public parking garage. The Offsite Parking Garage will be managed by Xxxxxxx under the Offsite Parking Garage Management Agreement.

Examples of Offsite Parking Garage in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, City shall not impose, or agree to be imposed, any targeted or special taxes, fees or assessments on (a) the Offsite Parking Garage during any Ballpark Events, or (b) the Ballpark, the Ballpark Dedicated Parking, the Team or Ballpark Events, including, without limitation, special district taxes, fees or assessments.

  • Xxxxxxx shall diligently work with Gables and the City to determine the design of the Offsite Parking Garage and define the manner in which it is constructed.

  • Xxxxxxx shall make timely payment under the terms of the applicable contracts entered into by it to the architect, engineer and construction contractor(s) for work performed concerning the Improvements and the Offsite Parking Garage unless Xxxxxxx in good faith by appropriate proceedings diligently disputes any such payment.

  • The City will not be obligated to fund any Offsite Parking Garage Reimbursement which is in excess of the then City approved construction budget for the Offsite Parking Garage.

  • The City is not required to make any Offsite Parking Garage Reimbursement unless and until it has had at least 20 Business Days to review the information submitted to the City and to satisfy itself that all applicable conditions to such Offsite Parking Garage Reimbursement have been met.

  • For each such parking space, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, quarterly in advance, an amount equal to the parking fee rate which Landlord must pay the owner of the Offsite Parking Garage pursuant to the agreement between Landlord and the owner of the Offsite Parking Garage (regardless of whether Tenant actually uses the foregoing 21 unreserved parking spaces).

  • To the extent that Xxxxxxx is to perform work on or for the benefit of any portion of the Property and the Offsite Parking Garage to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, Xxxxxxx shall coordinate that work with the City so as to not interfere with or cause delay in any work of the City, and Xxxxxxx shall otherwise fully cooperate with the City in the performance of any such work.

  • Additionally, it is unknown whether both the Offsite Parking Garage and the Gables Garage will be constructed at the same time or in phases.

  • The anticipated parking fee rate for unreserved parking spaces in the Offsite Parking Garage is $85.00 per space per month (i.e., a minimum of $5,355.00 per quarter for the 21 spaces).

  • Xxxxxxx shall design and construct the Improvements and the Offsite Parking Garage in accordance with Legal Requirements, the Declaration and this Agreement.

Related to Offsite Parking Garage

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
