OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall provide assistance through exchange of information that is foreseeably relevant to the administration and enforcement of the domestic laws of those Parties concerning taxes covered by this Agreement. Such information shall include information that is foreseeably relevant to the determination, assessment and collection of such taxes, the recovery and enforcement of tax claims, or the investigation or prosecution of tax matters. Information shall be exchanged in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and shall be treated as confidential in the manner provided in Article 8. The rights and safeguards secured to persons by the laws or administrative practice of the Requested Party remain applicable. The Requested Party shall use its best endeavours to ensure that any such rights and safeguards are not applied in a manner that unduly prevents or delays effective exchange of information.

OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Quality Agreement outlines the responsibilities between GENSIGHT and GENETHON with respect to the quality responsibilities associated with the Manufacture of the Product under the Partnership Agreement. For the purposes of this Quality Agreement, quality responsibilities associated with the Manufacture of the Product must meet all EU GMP requirements applicable to IMP. The Manufacture operations are performed in the Facility.
OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. (1) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, SCHOTT or its subsidiaries as approved by the Purchaser shall deliver the products specified in Annex 1 (Products) and Purchaser shall purchase and pay for these. All Products shall be manufactured by SCHOTT in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1.1 WAVECOM hereby appoints SOLECTRON as its non exclusive authorized manufacturer to perform the Manufacturing and provide the Services pursuant to the terms of the Definitive Agreements and SOLECTRON accepts such appointment and shall perform the Manufacturing and provide the Services to WAVECOM with effect from the Effective Date of and for the duration of the Definitive Agreements in accordance with the provisions of such Definitive Agreements.
OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. SOLECTRON will manufacture, test and repair the Products in accordance with the Specifications provided by WAVECOM and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. SOLECTRON shall be responsible for Component procurement necessary for the Manufacturing of the Products according to the terms of the Supply Chain Agreement. This Agreement is entered into between the Parties pursuant to and in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement. All terms and conditions of the Cooperation Agreement and any applicable Derivative Agreement shall apply to this Global Manufacturing Agreement as if they were set out in this Global Manufacturing Agreement and in the event of any conflict between : Confidential Information (indicated by [...]) has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Parties shall agree on the matters specifically related to the Manufacturing and the Services listed in this sub-section 1.1 by the Definitive Agreements.
