Notifications and Changes. Any notice required to be given by these Rules and Regulations, by law, or desired to be given by the Credit Union will be considered given if and when posted in the United States mail, postage prepaid, and addressed to the Cardholder at the last known address as shown on the Credit Union’s records. The Credit Union may modify or amend this Agreement, from time to time, upon 45 days advance written notice to the Cardholder.
